Poor sleep can increase the risk of depression, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and obesity. Not only that, the sleep-wake cycle affects our productivity, mood, and short-term memory. Without enough quality sleep, we can feel drained, irritable, unfocused, and in general, unmotivated.

Between work, family, and private life, we never seem to have enough time for all activities as well as getting naps in-between.
